The body of Christ has many parts.  We are all gifted uniquely, called to serve, and we all have needs.  Among the many ministries that God calls us to individually, our Church body also facilitates the work of our Lord in these special areas:

Teaming with all ministry areas to assist adults in growing and developing in their faith, Adult Ministries focuses on men and women being who God has called them to be.  Regular programs include Adult Sunday School, Small Groups and various Bible Studies and Prayer Meetings.

MOPS

“Mothers of Preschoolers” exists to nurture every mother of preschoolers (birth –kindergarten) by meeting their distinct needs to the glory of Christ Jesus.  MOPS meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. from September through May. Adult Ministries

Exists to connect adults and help them grow in their walk with Christ.  For more about specific adult ministry options, click here.

Youth Ministries

Youth (Grades 7 and up) meet weekly for fun, friends and to grow in faith.  Also many extracurricular events occur throughout the year.  Visit the youth page here.

Children’s Ministries

Exists to support families in providing their children with a fundamental biblical foundation, encouraging growth in Christ, through church and ministry-sponsored programs. 

Specific programs include

• SUNDAY SCHOOL
• CHILDREN’S CHURCH for ages three through Second Grade during sermon time.
• NURSERY for birth through age two on Sundays and
• PIONEER CLUBS for grades K – 6th on Wednesdays during the school year.
• Other outreach and discipleship programs like VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL happen throughout the year.

Outreach

ZEFC desires to live out words of Jesus to reach the world through the support of World, National, & Local. Missions Opportunities for outreach are scheduled throughout the year in our local community

Prayer

Exists to focus on prayer as a key for developing a closer walk with Christ. 

• Adult Prayer with Bible study on Thursday evenings. 
• Prayer Chain ~ Please see bulletin for contact person–or contact the church office.
• Prayer Events are scheduled and announced throughout the year.

Worship

At ZEFC, we desire to create an atmosphere where all people are drawn to worship in spirit and truth.
Opportunities to serve in music, drama, and technical support.

Community Life

Exists to meet needs in the congregation and to develop connectedness through Care Ministry, supporting small groups and fellowship gatherings, and being the welcoming arm at ZEFC.

Facility Management

Provides opportunities to serve in the areas of Kitchen, Decorating, Buildings, Maintenance, and Grounds Ministries
